What does a real estate investor have in common with the Super Bowl streaker?

Before you ask, no, this isn't about encouraging public nudity at major sporting events.

But if sprinting across a field in your birthday suit is your idea of a good time, more power to you—I just hope you're fast on your feet.

Robby, our Super Bowl “highlight,” is proof that not all heroes wear capes.

Some wear nothing at all and make an extra 10k in less than 24 hours doing it.

He didn’t just do this for the thrill of it though; he had a game plan more intricate than some of the plays on the field.

When Robby saw that he could place a 10k bet at his local casino that there would be a Super Bowl streaker, he knew that was a risk worth taking.

He saw the opportunity to invest in himself and did it.

Fortunately for you, emulating Robby doesn’t mean running half-naked across the 20-yard line.

It's about adopting his eagle-eyed knack for spotting the golden opportunities hidden in plain sight.

Something every investor should be doing…

Taking the risks and seizing the opportunities that allow them to invest in themselves.

Your journey isn’t just about the thrill of chasing a wholesale deal or the glory of a quick win.

It’s about setting a vision for the future and relentlessly pursuing it, even when it means stepping outside of your comfort zone and into the unknown.

And here's the crux of it all: Success isn't about playing it safe.

It's about recognizing when to take a calculated risk, much like Robby did, albeit with less… exposure.

It's about seeing beyond the immediate payoff to the long-term gain, understanding that sometimes you have to let go of the good to grasp the great.

Now, I'm not saying to go out and bet all your savings on a long shot or to start looking for fields to dash across.

What I am saying is that the principles of identifying opportunities, assessing risks, and making bold decisions are universal.

They apply whether you're betting on a Super Bowl streaker or deciding to pivot in your investing strategies.

So, what's your "Super Bowl streaker" moment going to be — where can you find the hidden opportunities to invest in yourself today?

And if you need a little push towards the right opportunity — Jesse R Stanton has a free coaching session coming up designed to help wholesalers and investors get unstuck within their business and move beyond just a few deals a month.

Biggest thing here for me is " audience before content" This really open the door in my mind because I am so used to thinking so small, and never have an opportunity to see so many perspectives. This was a real eye opener for me, thank you again to Gary and his team for putting content like this out there 🙏
