Gary Vaynerchuk builds businesses. Fresh out of college he took his family wine business and grew it from a $3M to a $60M business in just five years. Now he runs VaynerMedia, one of the world's hottest digital agencies. Along the way he became a prolific angel investor and venture capitalist, investing in companies like Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Uber, and Birchbox before eventually co-founding VaynerRSE, a $25M angel fund.
The #AskGaryVee Show is Gary's way of providing as much value value as possible by taking your questions about social media, entrepreneurship, startups, and family businesses and giving you his answers based on a lifetime of building successful, multi-million dollar companies.
Gary is also a prolific public speaker, delivering keynotes at events like Le Web, and SXSW, which you can watch right here on this channel.

Help me out pleaz
Outsource when it becomes affordable and your time becomes worth more.
Hire someone to manage your time. Hire someone to record you, to edit the videos, to make ads, to transcribe it. Hire people to stay engaged with your audience for you.
Gary can focus on being Gary because he hires people for what he doesn’t have time to do or knows someone that can do it better than him.
Go further with it. Outsource your accounting, production/manufacturing, marketing/promotion or literally anything that you’re horrible at or that you simply don’t have time for because you can be spending your time somewhere with a better ROI
Make systems that work for you!
Write down a list of things you have to do daily starting with the important stuff first. Prioritize your daily activities and every time you are lost and do not know what to do start with the first thing on your list. For me, it's creating content for my website.
that last sentence was dope and most of all different to all these insta gurus. As soon as you worth your time as much as you should do, you wont need any managment.
Lmao I love it. It basically delegates his time management to someone else because he’s too busy otherwise
Interesting insight
Getting Things Done by David Allen is the most important and principles based book on the subject… A real game changer for anyone who is finding no lasting or substantial results from other time management methodologies. All the best!
I am always finding problems with time and management
Check out Carson Tate's book "Work Simply" for fantastic ideas on time management, most importantly she doesn't use a one size fits all approach.
I would have said."…Lord and Master of Space and Time…." but eh……
I want to start shooting video content for our estate agency here in the UK. Please advise on how and what you use to deliver a great job. Thx
