Gary, thank you for doing Frank's podcast and rebroadcasting on your channel. I also appreciate you answering Frank's question on my behalf about kids and sports. As an Olympian, I have a pretty good idea as to what it takes to excel at the higher levels and I also understand specialization. I agree with you that playing more sports develops additional skills for a chosen sport that can help set you apart. I think if Roger in Tennis and Hakeem in basketball using their well-rounded sports skills to shine within their chose sport. Thanks for all you do and your passion to help others.

Not that it at all matters, but the current leading minds in the athletic strength and conditioning fields also all agree that kids should diversify athletics until at least HS for best overall athletic development. Not just mentally… physically. Multiple sports.

Most people think that their circumstances hold them back. Their families, their jobs, their income bracket, and so on. But really it is their own excuses that hold
