Gary Vaynerchuk builds businesses. Fresh out of college he took his family wine business and grew it from a $3M to a $60M business in just five years. Now he runs VaynerMedia, one of the world's hottest digital agencies. Along the way he became a prolific angel investor and venture capitalist, investing in companies like Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Uber, and Birchbox before eventually co-founding VaynerRSE, a $25M angel fund.
The #AskGaryVee Show is Gary's way of providing as much value value as possible by taking your questions about social media, entrepreneurship, startups, and family businesses and giving you his answers based on a lifetime of building successful, multi-million dollar companies.
Gary is also a prolific public speaker, delivering keynotes at events like Le Web, and SXSW, which you can watch right here on this channel.

Don't take his advice. If someone fucks with you, don't get even with them, but make sure you leave a bad review online and never do business with them again. By doing that, you are helping the other poor guy down the line from getting screwed over by this person. And if the person did the opposite and gave you great service and never swindled you, make sure to leave a raving review online. Everyone should get what they deserve.
i am having difficulty in moving on….pray for me.
what is the hardest part of being white?
The shorter version of this, about the bad reviews from the glassdoor got me depressed.
The extended version really gives the full context. Now I really want to have mental toughness of the G. 😁
Awesome, so many contradictions when it comes to hot topics. People want a clear-cut answer. There's never a clear answer when you navigate it and there's emotions involved.
What about when someone scapegoats a member of the family and is nearly obsessed with them and then you are constantly defensive because of that bc u constantly think ppl r attack h u
It’s July 4th, 2018 & this is the fourth time I’ve watched the video for the sole purpose to download the info Gary gave regarding taking advantage of! Thanks BROOOO
You don’t have a black list? You are ALWAYS saying you’d never work with the Patriots!
Yea, your funny, crazy exhausting funny😀
Being nanny for a Russian family. They were the most loving family I ever knew, saw my value, and treated me with respect. I wasn't hired help. I was family. ♥️ The next job paid almost double but didn't respect me and eventually fired me because I could never reach their expectations.
I'm glad you talked about the quirks that bother people straight up. On some videos it would be distracting but people function or work at a certain speed and it's not a deal breaker. I think the bigger you grow it will matter more to a large viewer base. Anyways your speed in this video was great and I kinda felt like you were talking more direct. Just do it both ways and keep alternating.
