I don't get it. Should I eat shit and focus on putting myself out there or should I work on finding the right balance between work and health?
The better question is would you trade what you have for prioritizing your health over your businesses. As in if you worked out but ignored business opportunities in your 20's would you be a happier and more fulfilled person would you be more happy and satisfied if you just focused on exercise and diet? Clearly you were healthy enough to get to where you are today. I think many people will interpret your response as a good excuse not to try and become successful or a good reason to be anti business because of the sacrifices you may or may not make to your health climbing the ladder of success. We already live in an anti-business climate enough already there's no need to create other reasons to brainwash the young . What the young should do is prioritize their TIME better (step away from the video games and web) so that they can do both.
What I've noticed is how many people (especially students) are sacrificing sleep (either by sleeping really late or sleeping less) in order to work on projects or hobbies in addition to all the other commitments they have.
What are your thoughts on that, Gary?
Wow, I didn't expect this.
I'm 21, thanks for this
On It! I'm there with you sir
Settlers of catan, good choice.
If I could go back, I would have started focusing on my health earlier. DAMN! Its the slow climb to fitness now.
