So last night got a little out of hand. Oh just a little out of hand on Twitter What can we learn from this? I Think what we can learn from this is caring about something that's silly is Good escapism from focus and realism I Think we all need a little escapism even if it seemingly looks unhinged and unhealthy like my New York Jets rants last night. The reality is is sometimes caring about something that really in the scheme of things about like your family's health or big politics issue like real life. Sometimes it's good, you know.
and so um, even when it's ugly like last night was I Do think that every one of us needs a hobby or something that we care about that seemingly might seem silly to others, but it helps us balance the reality of our real life? That's what they are for me.

I get it man. The escapism is absolutely necessary. I sing in two Metal bands. You gotta act like a psycho to stage it up for the crowd and make good albums, but the catharsis is real and necessary. 💯

I was always told to not put bad stuff on my social media. Whenever I was upset and had no one to talk to I'd post my thoughts. I'd post good stuff too but my so called friends were telling me I'm really negative. I would post good stuff too or stuff that was interesting to me but no one cared until I posted something ugly. So I deleted all my Facebook friends. I had a few followers on Instagram but have temporarily stopped my account. I only have Facebook for the marketplace and reels. I'm 52 and I can't stand social media anymore. I'm not an influencer and not popular so I hardly do social media.

Last night was rough for me .. but in the macro loving something that may seem silly is a wonderful balance to being focused and “on” all the time .. many of us have tons of responsibilities and having “something” is a great balance in a way, even when it ( the Jets) may seem to be causing you pain, in reality it’s escapism and it sa health balance to real life 💚💚💚💚💔
