Social Media In The Workplace - Not allowing your employees to speak on twitter or Facebook or any other social network in fear that they may say something wrong that may affect your business is insanity.

Yeah
Love the energy man.
Thumbs up if you're watching this in 2017.
So Refreshing to hear this! What do you think about employees building their personal brand while working at a company?
Thank you Gary for sharing this thought! Yesterday I was trying to persuade an entrepreneur who decided to adopt a KGB model instead of an open discussion and direct talk with employees. The result as you said is an obscure atmosphere in the office, not nice.
This is really crucial and you are on it. Many businesses don't think only communication can convert event negative thoughts into positive , if you are blocking them negative emotions will grow.In India I think its 80% more issue emplyer think socialmedia as a great threat. Thanks Keep doing it. I liked your new approach to be available with your content.
Chetan from India be connected
I agree. My current employer locks down social media sites for everyone outside of marketing. This in essence quells any hope of our sales reps or customer service people getting into the conversation. It's ecomm's job I guess.
Excellent thoughts. Thanks!
