Like when they're like we don't have it as good as our parents generation I'm like no, no, don't read a headline, tell me about you I don't want to know about Gen Z or Boomers or Millennials or Gen X tell me about you and all and all sudden it becomes a game of account if you decide that you saw two tick tocks and they say that Gen Z doesn't have it as good as their parents had it and you just believe that. Well, it's a wrap. If you also realize that there's unlimited kids on Tick Tock right now making more money and are happier than their parents were, you're all of a sudden like saying wait, it is possible So to me, what do I Tell the kids to stop talking in generalization and start talking about themselves and start focusing on what they're gonna do about it.

≤The market is very unstable and you can not tell If it's going bearish or bullish. I advise y'all to forget predictions and start making a good profit now because future valuations are all speculations and guesses. When these reports are bullish take some off to the side lines, when news gets bearish start buying. "Keep it simple simple" that bear/ correction was the best thing that happened me. <But all thanks to Mr Brian Fischer for his amazing skills for helping me to earn 49 Btc through trading chart. I believe we are in the spring phase…

Most people don't have an existing family business to earn everything we have

Gary, you’ve got it twisted here.

I am Gen Z and the reality is that economic facts say that wage growth is the slowest it’s been in decades, while the housing market is largely unaffordable to get into in many major cities. Mental health crises are significantly worse, and the so-called opportunities you talk of being available on social media have eroded our privacy, social connections, and mental well-being. In addition, cities aren’t built for kids to socialise anymore. Cities don’t have walkable communities, the loss of many community gathering places and “third places” have forced young people to stay at home more than previous generations and sparked a “social recession”. This is all from my own experience, plus solid statistics which tell an undeniably clear story.

At the same time, Gen Z have proven to be an incredibly resilient generation. They are one of the most politically involved generations, who care about the issues that they see older people not taking accountability for at all, from climate, to fair working conditions, and to equality. So telling this generation to take accountability is misguided in my view, we’re taking accountability almost more than anyone else, and are set to be progressive, inspiring and motivated leaders across the world within our work, our business innovation, and our social and political efforts. But blaming Gen Z for the undeniably tough circumstances that they face in obvious aspects, and calling that a generalisation, is both untrue, and unfair.

Your “friend” Simon Sinek would agree with me, and tell you to look up at the generations that raised Gen Z and ask them to take accountability for the slowly eroding world thatthey’ve left for us to inherit. In fact, you yourself would agree with me! You talk often about how many of our doubts and insecurities come from our parents, well in this case many of the issue that Gen Z face stem from the inequality and inefficiencies that previous generations created and have left for us to fight to make right. I hope you read this and understand things better Gary. Gen Z aren’t all speaking from generalisations, this is their real lived experience.
