You're gon na need to limit your interaction with your most cynical and pessimistic and negative people. I didn't say cut them out, but life is about what you're listening to and if you're spending your time with your best friend and your older brother and all they do is complain about everything that sucks you're in trouble so find positivity, practical positivity, not delusion. I'm not delusional out here practical as but that's something that people have to audit the people they spend time with and the people they listen to. There's a lot of people out there selling fear fears cancer.
