Let there be no confusion, these will be unprecedented times... I firmly believe that AI will make our lives and the execution of commoditized skills much easier and more convenient, however there will also be some hurdles to cross. One of the most interesting things that I've seen very few people talk about is with the emergence of AI and the scale of AI, the blockchain is about to get very important. because Providence is going to really matter. a source of information with deep fakes, blockchain is going to become important. Disney's going to put all their creative on the blockchain so that mid-journey doesn't get paid to extract from that like we're going into one of the most remarkable technology Decades of all time.
And the blockchain is going to be the winner.

Gary has forgotten that "right click save as…" exists, and for AI image training, that's good enough.
That's not correct. … Such a misunderstanding of how "blockchain" functions.
You can put multiple items lm different chains… Heck you can even put the same copyrighted work on the same chain multiple times….
And being on the blockchain doesn't make it harder for "AI" to "extract" those copyrighted works; it makes it much easier because it's more widly available….. 🤦🏼♂️
This might happen IF, everyone had their own image generation model. But they don't. The barrier to entry is too high, and it's only going to get higher with creatives pushing for licensing and attribution requirements on training data. Disney isn't going to waste their time with blockchains, they'll just do what they've always done: sue the crap out of anyone who uses their content. Big companies won't change, they'll put the responsibility on the AI owners to show the source of their data and drop the litigation hammer if they don't.
