Listening is good but there is always someone old above in the company hierarchy calling those stupid 4 hour meetings asking BS and writing it down on the piece of paper and if problems get really serious you always have to figure it out on your own. So you make a great team and you lie to that old bastard and triple your company's bottom line. However one day some skank shows up, cries that nobody likes her, s cks someones d ck and everybody who brought the company up gets fired and old bastard goes bankrupt, true story 😀 Moral of the story: sucking > success in the project management, but I digress…
