Watching this in 2021. It really is the most potentially fruitful, but dangerous investment. Mostly just because of how high football IQ the position is, and how you need to know your shit about nutrition, kinesiology (like throwing mechanics), etc.).

I’m pretty sure an interviewers job is to ask a question and let the interviewee answer how they deem fit, and then ask follow up questions based on the answer. Their job is definitely NOT to interrupt and try to ‘out talk’ the guy their interviewing.
