So in the many things gary vee has gotten through to me on its how impatient I was. Like he said in the video most days are losses plus it just takes time to build momentum. That made me think, "what if… I built my personal brand with youtube, snapchat, twitter, instagram content etc. everyday for 3+ years and didn't monetize? Where would I stand?" Before I ALWAYS wanted to make money on content and things like that even if it was $.01. Now, I want to be as far away as possible from that and I am actually pumped about sharing the best content I can muster for free. Anyways, just thought I'd share. Rock on VaynerNation!
I lost big recently too. Wanting to give out free honey to a lucky person who liked and commented on my Honey Business picture on Instagram (hint hint Honey Empire) but no one did. Feeling the burn… but at the same time, that has kept me burning!
