Go figure. The reality is is that people in the trenches don't need to wait for research even though this is now finally becoming in. Fab This is something that's been a reality for me for the last 25 years. The reason for this video is for a lot of you, there's a lot of things you believe in that pop culture mainstream media Society other humans haven't bought into yet.

As you go into 2023, lean into the that you believe in. When I was all about this life in the late 90s, early 2000s, people said that were close to me. Nobody knew who the I was, but people around me were like no businesses. You got to be rough and tough and like nice guys.

Finish last and you're going to be soft. You're going to lose. and I Used to laugh at these in the back of my head because I always just knew I knew and a lot of you know a lot of stuff right now that isn't common practice. Things that I and others don't have a clue about: Lean into your intuition, believe in what you see day to day and execute on it.

One hunnid, empathy is ultimate power. Leading with empathy at the forefront of your mind. People are willing to be led, so making it a relatable, reassuring and a comfortable space will create unwavering loyalty among the team.

Empathy is a wonderful quality. But empaths like myself have to be careful to not absorb the feelings and energy of others, especially negative stuff, or we burn out. Itโ€™s a delicate balance.

I was taught Empathy in the early 90โ€™s when I worked for ToysRus. Their management training was exceptional and cutting edge at the same time. I spent many years with them and took Empathy to every company I worked for since then.

Thing is "Nice Guys" do finish last, because they're wearing a mask to try and get what they want.
Being kind and helpful in an earnest, sincere way can get you places.
Most think you have to be an aggressive go-getter to succeed, but that depends on what business you're in, because the system is corrupt and broken, but, if you show true empathy, others will know you mean well.
Some will try, and a few will succeed, to take advantage of that, but those who truly appreciate what you do will have your back when you need them.
