Provide meaningful content and connect with the people as much as possible. Like/reply to their comments. Answer their questions. Ask them questions. Ask what they want, and give them exactly that. You have to be engaged enough to build the content that people want from you. Then it's just about connecting with more people to spread wider. But at first you need to go deep on finding what works for you to truly connect to people. Which platform (YouTube/Instagram/etc.), which format (Video/Blog/etc.), what type of content, where/when, etc.
