Well, I’m struggling with this a bit. Right now I’m working full time in my career and going to college full time (recently dropped to part time). I’m lucky enough to have found a career without a degree that has lots of growth and upward mobility, but I’m honestly not happy with with how I don’t have time do engage in the things I enjoy the most.
I love reading, playing music, writing, drawing, animals and just generally creative activities. I don’t get enough time improve and dedicate myself to that world.
I promised a family member that I’d finish my B.S, and I’ve been doing really well, but my motivation has been hit in the year since I’ve started. The farther I go, the less happy I seem to feel.
I still live with my family in a finished basement saving as much money as I can. (Sometimes I buy a stupid thing, but not often) and I just feel like a cog in a machine recently. This negative feeling is effecting my interpersonal relationships.
Any help would be appreciate. Thanks.
