I think business is branded poorly. I think it's an art, i think it's as beautiful as a symphony or a painting when done properly, and i think that for it to ever have that space in society. We must realize how much these traits here can be the catalyst of success, i'm going to redefine what an entrepreneur and business person is thought of. I think i can do it honestly.

I genuinely believe my great legacy may be that i made emotionally intelligent soft skills. Alpha most alpha, males that are winning in business, are talking about very different things that i'm talking about, and i think it's an important balance to the conversation. Why can't you be kind? Why can't you be empathetic? You know, i think a lot of things that were taught around business are the hard skills it's very important, but at the end of the day, i really think business is run by people with people, poor people and either i care more about the money or i Care more about a person in the world running around saying who i am as a man. I choose the latter.

I don't even understand what we're debating. How can you have an organization when the asset is people where that is not the thing we spend the most time now i can be kind of like aggressive and competitive, but my absolute strength and foundation to my success and often other people's, that i admire from Afar are predicated on their empathy and perspective and gratitude and warmth, and i think the way i roll is going to be the next era. It's almost that i came into the business world with the growth of the emotional intelligence you know, and that it took me all these years to realize that that was it that's the book. This was it.

This was always it. I believe that so much more success, happiness results are upon me and hence why this book is being written. Now you.

I love these types of videos from Gary. It speaks more into the soul and mind when there are different shots from different events with music in background that just makes it more emotional. Cool video, great job to editors. Not sure if Drock still doing editing, but yeah. Good job

Depending on editions granted on your new book drop- Once you airdrop the nft's in the consumer's wallet's- Maybe one could send in a certain amount of editions( If they are all going to be the same) to be burned- Certain editions burned give's back a higher tier same nft design as originally dropped/ different color or certain aspects etc that make it better than the tier below or ahead of it- maybe ten tiers total- 10 burned would put you in the highest tier etc( receiving 1 vs the ten burned….. just a random ass thought– anyways good job as usual- Keep it UP!

The difference between Gary and ordinary people is the fact that Gary uses his mind instead of letting his mind use him.

To Gary – you don’t even care so I won’t bother telling you anything.
To the person reading this – You are here because you want to love yourself, listen more to yourself and make yourself happy. That is the catalyst to all the good in the world. Keep yourself going!

Can't Wait!! Never thought I'd be excited about reading/listening to a book. Always watch the movie or got the coles notes for any book i was ever forced to read, and that was the only time I would read or pretend to read a book. Crushing it was the first time I bought a book in my life and listed to it from beginning to end.

Gary. That’s because everyone is soft and getting softer. You have to talk to everyone with kid gloves on now. Except for the people that are results orientated. Those people want it straight. So we are left with the soft people. For those people they have two primary motivators. Hope of gain fear of loss. Your good at making people feel safe. Others use a different manipulation. Perhaps they scare those people. The government uses that technique with a lot of success. It’s just the opposite approach. If you want sales from soft, insecure people – “soft” skills super important. Especially if your 5,5 160 lbs. You gotta be believable. I use physical dominance well. Is it a soft skill? Idk. We naturally play to our strengths. You have your tricks. I have mine. But listen – I respect your results. Whatever is necessary and useful.

Physical dominance works better in person – over the phone is harder. Standing helps. It boosts the voice. If your really dominant it comes off in your voice. Super empathy – which is how I’m describing the “soft” skills you talk about – probably come off well over the phone. I think they would be effective one on one. Physical dominance works well in small to mid size groups. I’m excellent at getting multiple decision makers to agree in group settings. Like a board netting. In large groups it’s somewhat neutralized. That’s where your reputation and realness has to do the work.

I’m not criticizing your soft skills. It fits the trend. If that becomes the “norm,” or the next generation it will be easy to Differentiate myself. Having spent 11 years in prison, dealing with danger and negotiating peace deals for a lack of a better word – dealing with very unstable and other times Uber-analytical people – I can tell you the number one principle is you must be Genuine and you must have conviction.

Love it. I've quickly learned not to fake my lifestyle. I have good and bad days. I have paid and broke days. But no matter the day, I keep moving.
