That is true. And it goes even further. The path of trashing people is the guaranteed way for yourself to become very unhappy (and it goes worse, in an spiral), yes, but the important thing is that doing the opposite, going as far as providing people's happiness, wellness, etc, if done in a regular basis for a long time (some people try this in short term and then get bored… it doesn't work like that), that is THE key to be happy. I mean, fully happy. Of course there are other things, too (making art, dancing, your favorite sport, going out, etc), but whenever this thing of making people around happy is made a constant in one's life, that person is rarely unhappy anymore.
This is how the internet is build. Us against them, group against group. Like this, dislike that. 24/7 bombarding us with greed based content and hussle culture that’s only realistic for the happy few has created this void of discontent and polarization and rage and conflict will be the next chapter. Environmental issues are only the extra spark that will ignite the situation beyond control.
