One of the ways to get really happy is to start to chip away and not judge in people because I think it's a complete and utter indicator to the fact that you're judging yourself. Which is the quickest way to not be happy you're practicing judging. You're a judge. You're Judge Judy Stop.

Stop judging yourself. which then allows you to stop judging others. There's a different question which is like, okay, so what's the value of your judgment? Like All right, great. You're judging that band.

It's like yelling at the television from home. Pass the ball. It's not gonna make them pass the ball. You know, like oh I yelled at every hour.

That's all. I Do.

You tend to judge people when you are unhappy. When you make yourself stop judging people, that's not going to make you happy. You need to get to the route cause on why you are unhappy. Judging is just a symptom.

How far that little candle throws its beams. So shines a good deed in a naughty world. (W. Shakespeare, Merchant of Venice.)

Our mind. Our thoughts trigger emotions guiding how we “feel” and act. It’s this “circle” stimulating the neurons negative or positive. I think all the negative judging of others has become an epidemic. A brain sickness guiding physical behaviors.

Thank you for being a the light of a thousand candles.

Viktor I agree. Judgment isn’t inherently a bad thing. It is a guide post. It’s an important tool in a persons decision making tool set. It helps make ethical and moral decisions.

Is there not value in giving feedback? To provide constructive criticism, because you want the receiving party to improve, you have already made a 'judgment'. That is natural and healthy in my view.

Gary talks black-white in a world of infinite grays.
