What can creators and entrepreneurs learn from this massive statement by a very smart CEO What Bob's doing here in my opinion is a double win one. He's probably saving costs and he needs to do that, but this is a huge one. They're pulling back a Marvel in Star Wars because is anybody else paying attention? It just feels like it's not as special anymore. There's so much coming out of these two.

Iconic I mean iconic IPS and I Think slowing it down brings a little bit more of a special aspect to it. There's a real game of supply and demand and when you find something that works, you want to squeeze the out of it. And so for the people making content or building a business, you keep going the same thing over and over. It gets diluted.

This is something I've struggled with in my 20-year career, 25-year career in the wine business. There was a sale type I would do over over in my content. You'd get into a pattern you got to break up and try different things and they have tons of other IP And you have tons of other moves and subjects and things you could be talking about.

Igor started this way before writers went on strike fyi. And I been saying this for years everybody got a superhero character in Hollywood it’s over played.

Yeah, makes sense. I can kinda relate, having been in rock bands for more than 20 years. If you reach a certain level of success you need to play less shows, not more. In the small South African scene anyway. Because we saw fewer people coming to shows because we were playing shows like 5 weekends in a row in the same area so it got diluted. Fans were going "they play so often we can watch them anytime, let's skip this show." Once we played less people knew they need to go when a show is booked because we may not book one in that area again for months.

    Disney destroyed StarWars dude..

Scarcity, whether real or fabricated, creates excitement and desire. Just as DeBeers who created fake scarcity and now too many people are overpaying for a diamond.

It’s a quality issue not a quantity issue. Fans don’t have content fatigue, they are just bored of watching poorly-written TV episodes and movies. The audiences are no longer willing to give these franchises the benefit of the doubt.

The woke bs of disney pushed people away as they ruined these Iconic IPs

    100% they’ve watered down their IP’s
