What are your thoughts on ego in general? That it's insecurity with big energy makeup? And how do you lower ego if you want to lower it by recognizing that it's actually in security and start trying to figure out why you value other people's opinions.

Nah "ego" is not ego when you know your limits what you can and can't do it's important to know your self and your limits if you don't you can't safely push your limits……..this is nonsense
i dont get it how it can be ego when I want to be always right and argue with people doesnt make sense, it’s more on “how to stop trying propagating my own point of view and thoughts on others”
