If you want to move fast as a CEO and get over trust issues within your company, you have to understand that "earning trust" is a bad strategy for moving quickly. Give your trust to your employees upfront and then if they don't deserve it, you strip it from them. Please, don't waste your time having your employees "earning your trust" because you'll never understand if they're capable.

    Great tips Gary!

Once again wise words by the Vee man! I've dealt with many corporate idiots who feel earning trust is a must. That's why I left the corporate world to start my own company giving online dating advice to guys. I would really appreciate if anyone was to check out some of my youtube videos and give me some feedback or support!

    Gary,

What do you mean when you say, “if you’ve ever bought of 5 dollar Starbucks coffee, you’re soft.” On the surface I understand where your coming from, but I’m not sure if there is an underlying meaning or direction you’re pushing.
Thanks for your time. I appreciate the content you put out, it’s all super helpful!

I have been inspired by all that Gary does and trying to remove my ego. I honestly want to invite challenge in everything I do to force thar inner potential to come out.

  5. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Chris says:

Gary, do you think this problem with ego and insecurity is more learned or human nature? Seems like the vast majority of managers struggle with this.

Gary! Because of you , me and my team have cut some of our old friends who brought bad habits and now we’re doing what we love! Pumping out prank videos two times a week and it’s the most fun I’ve had in my life ! Thanks for the help on finding what we’re meant to do! We have a prank video dropping tonight and it’s a banger ! THANKS GARY!

This vídeo is enlightening af. I've been many times in that situation where you fear that the people you lead might surpass you at something…

  9. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Ryan Welton says:

Gary is 100 percent spot-on with this, and I hope it's not egotistical to claim that I do the very same thing. Heck, sometimes I think it might come off as apathy or a lack or urgency to others, but really it's me sitting back and seeing what my team will do under the pretense that I've actually taught them what to do. I'll never know if they learned the tactic or technique or process unless I let them do it without me being all up in their grill. Don't get me wrong: management is still "the art of reminding," but there is a ton of power and peace in knowing you have a team that can do it without you.

Thanks. This is how I can grow with peace in my mind and let others working with me grow. Thanks again.

If you don't trust someone from the beginning, you are already setting them to fail🎓
