It’s time to get this conversation right … of course there are many in Gen Z that are lazy, there’s a lot of boomers and X’ers are too, this isn’t about “generational stereotypes” this is about practical options, of course there’s many that can’t make $60k a year being an Influencer or a micro entrepreneur… but there are many that can and those that can now are educated that they can and that will require jobs and companies and bosses to stop casting judgment or throwing shade and start caring more and creating more joy in the workplace 💛💛🔥

Genesis Not lazy. They understand their options. Hey you want to come work this dick job and get paid 52 000 a year? Or do you want to stay home and make tick tocks and make 60 000 a year? Yeah companies are completely. If you don't give a about your employees why the should they care about you.

And Gen Z is teaching all of us other Gens if we listen – and companies are negotiating differently because of it. 💯

Maybe they should quit their job and sell Goodwill socks on Etsy 😂

You're giving an entire generation a false sense of hope. Yes, employees have more leverage since the pandemic, but the latest data shows that companies aren't nearly as desperate as they make themselves out to be. Fast food restaurants are almost fully automated, and not everyone can be an influencer… that's the equivalent of saying that every member of a generation has the option to make it to the NFL, NBA, MLG, etc. In real life, not everyone gets a trophy 😂

Gen Z are lazy. You just live in a city and run on that framework of understanding. Cities would be toast without the rural world to feed them, most of our farmers are not Gen z, it will keep becoming a bigger issue.

Companies may not be screwed when they make robots to replace us. I am the millennial generation not the other ones. I’m not lazy but I know my worth and I’m not going to be treated like a slave. I don’t mind working for what I have I watched somebody I love work for what they had and guess what they lost everything they had because the company screwed them over and my loved one and took their own life because they became hopeless they dedicated years of their life for nothing. Now I have to live on without them in grief. As far as I’m concerned damn the companies and damn their technology.

  18. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars M. cool says:

They're lazy. They never grew up having to build towards something. Everything is instant. So the idea of working for a delayed payment, is unappealing.
