    Gary, I know what you mean…I did my first bodybuilding show at age 48 and it took me 5 months to diet and train for the show…..and that was the best part…the show went by so quick in a matter of hours and then it is over. I do much better having that goal and enjoying and "jazz" of the climb. Spot on Gary!
