Simple advice with a lot of meaning Gary, at least to me it has a lot of meaning, often I’ll feel depressed or ran down, then be reminded of life’s simple pleasures. It’s alll good, probably just cuz I got paid today and the world is broke so it feels good to have some money, even though I’ll be broke in two weeks😅
Be Happy and once you are you will want to spread that, that is also my life goal because even if your life sometimes doesnt go as planed it wont be long until your brain convinces you otherwise. (If you have Depression you can in a lot of cas3s get to a similar level with the RIGHT medication and Psychological therapy in belive in you!)
