There's way, way too much ego in business. If you're a CEO, leader, small business owner .. please understand that it's your job to serve your employees, not the other way around. Let go of the entitlement and start listening to your people. Get to know their needs and wants... work on meeting those, and you might actually see the performance you're looking for!

Bosses pissed me off. Bosses get employees and as if like they're there to serve them, It's crazy. The entitlement by small business owners and managers is obnoxious. These are fellow human beings.

You have people that own companies that I expect my people to work the way I work I'm like are you giving them the same money the are you talking about.

Honestly this is very relatable to myself and others out there. I work as a groundskeeper for multimillionaires. They for sure walk all over us cleaners as if we’re trash. They don’t own me. I can walk out whenever I want to and leave his building trashed for all I care. In my eyes NOBODY in this company would ever consider cleaning for him even if the pay was $20/ hour or more. We’re all human beings created by GOD! Nobody is more important than God himself. Every human is equal in Gods eyes. People gain this EGO they don’t deserve even if they’re worth billions. When you die none of that matters. The only thing you have left is your soul and your faith. If your faith is strong then you go to heaven upon judgment. If your not faithful then everyone should know the outcome of that. Drop the ego pay the lower class Americans what were actually worth and prevent stress and anger overall. Remove the greed and everyone would be happy. Heck the prince of DUBAI’s most prized possession is a ball of aluminum. A cheap piece of metal that isn’t worth much. That’s wild in my eyes. He doesn’t value his numbered #1 Bugatti or anything else. Just a ball of aluminum.

Employees are the reason for managers to exist in the first place (in normal cooperates). So many get this wrong, especially in big cooperates.

My dad has a company for painting right now it’s just me and him, but when we do have people Winterton with the upmost respect because again at the end of the day, we’re all the same there ain’t no difference

“The entitlement of small business owners”

Coming from a guy who’s family owned a small business. Nice

Yes, it’s the opposite. A business owner serves their employees. It’s not a joke. It’s very difficult. For example, if there’s not enough money, the boss doesn’t get paid.
