There's way, way too much ego in business. If you're a CEO, leader, small business owner .. please understand that it's your job to serve your employees, not the other way around. Let go of the entitlement and start listening to your people. Get to know their needs and wants... work on meeting those, and you might actually see the performance you're looking for!

Bosses pissed me off. Bosses get employees and as if like they're there to serve them, It's crazy. The entitlement by small business owners and managers is obnoxious. These are fellow human beings.
You have people that own companies that I expect my people to work the way I work I'm like are you giving them the same money the are you talking about.

Some expect to be brown nosed as well and when you know maintenance and speak with them with the same politeness as the boss you get looks by the owner. Yet if someone trips over themselves to gush over the owner it's not questioned.
