I’m coming late to this, Big Joe, but I’ve been thinking:
We need to all agree that police need more accountability and better training.
And demand it. Period.
And guess what?
We need to stop trying to convince ppl that these killings are racially motivated.
Tough right??! Because it matters.
BUT! What matters more is that we ALL already agree that cops need more accountability and better training.
So let’s just get it on the table first that we all agree on that.
When ppl don’t wanna hear about it and try to point out 1 or 2 random unarmed white ppl that got shot: just say OK YES! So let’s hold cops accountable and get them better training. Now! Together!!
