Kindness isn't something that can be measured on a balance sheet, but it leads to tons of opportunity and costs nothing for a business to do. There are very few things that lead to more opportunities than a strong network that is built by being kind and doing things that too many see as a waste of time but is actually part of the relationship building that is vital to a business.
