it's only an estimate, and is far from a guarantee especially if you want to sell it quick and don't have a large dedicated storage space.

Um.. those are UNREALIZED gains. He did not “make 40 in two seconds.” He made the POSSIBILITY of making 40 later on. If they sell.
Just know, Uncle Sam is gonna want it’s cut of everything you sell on eBay, EVERYTHING!!! Be prepared to be audited by the IRS. These are the the things, sellers DO NOT tell you. The IRS, will see to it, that any real profit you make, is going straight to them.
